You’ll lead design and own installs end-to-end — from mood board to teardown.You’ll manage a field team, keep inventory accurate, and maintain high standards on every project.Most of your week is in the field across Beverly Hills, the Westside, the Valley, and Hollywood, with 1–2 days at our downtown LA warehouse.You’ll report directly to the CEO. 2+ years of home staging experienceProven experience leading a field team through multiple home staging projectsSkilled at creating mood boards that align with the client’s vision and sell the design conceptLives within 20 miles of Beverly Hills
