You’ll help select and arrange furniture and décor, support inventory prep and organization, and bring your creative touch to projects across the Treasure Valley. This position offers you the opportunity to collaborate on a variety of staging and design projects while providing the flexibility to accept or decline jobs at your discretion! Jobs may include but are not limited to: • ***Pull & Pack (select & prepare items prior to staging) • ***Stage Lead or Stage Assistant • ***Destage • ***Restock & Warehouse Help • ***Pre-Listing Consultations • ***Sales Presentations & Brokerage Visits • *Compensation & Benefits • **To incentivize timely completion of projects, stagers are paid a generous flat-rate for most staging jobs and functions based on the complexity and experience required to execute the assigned duties. While we’re unable to guarantee a set number of weekly hours or a fixed schedule, this position is well suited for individuals looking to supplement existing income with creative, hands-on work.
