This role blends design, staging, client interaction, and hands-on execution—perfect for someone who loves both the creative vision and bringing it to life. Style and install furnishings, artwork, and accessories for staged homes and design projects Conduct in-person client consultations with confidence and professionalism Create and execute cohesive styling plans that align with our brand aesthetic design, pull, prep, and organize inventory for installs Load/unload and install staging items on-site Maintain an impeccably organized warehouse and inventory system Travel to multiple job sites using your personal vehicle Collaborate closely with our team to deliver elevated, market-ready spaces You have a strong, natural eye for design—you just get it You’re highly detail-oriented (borderline obsessive—in the best way) about cleanliness, styling, and visual balance You’re confident interacting with clients and can represent the brand professionally in person You’re organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple moving pieces You work well within a team and bring a positive, respectful, and open-minded attitude You value inclusivity and feel aligned with a diverse, welcoming work environment You’re reliable, punctual, and take pride in your work You’re not just decorating—you’re creating spaces that stand out and sell Every project is a new creative opportunity You’ll be part of a brand that values beauty, intention, and inclusivity Opportunity to grow within a fast-moving, evolving company
