Hospitality Coordinator + Field Operations for Open Air Homes

Organization Overview Open Air Homes is a rental home property management company. Open Air Homes currently manages over 75 beautiful homes in the LA and Palm Springs area, managing all aspects of the rental experience including onboarding a home, finding and scheduling guests to stay in the home, addressing guests’ needs while in our homes, and consistent maintenance of our homes. Position Overview Reporting to our Los Angeles Property Manager, the Hospitality Coordinator/Field Operations Team Member would be a full-time independent contractor to start, with the ability to move to a salaried position for the right candidate. This position will be a combination of hands-on field work and backend office responsibilities. This role will allow you to wear many different hats, and Open Air Homes is committed to training employees for upward mobility opportunities within the company.
