House Cleaner (Full Time + $20/hr + Benefits + $1000 Bonus)

We are proud to offer a competitive pay and benefits package: \\- Compensation: $20/hour + Guaranteed 35/hours per week + Equity in a fast- growing start-up \\- Gas & Meal Stipend: $50 weekly reimbursement for gas and lunch expenses \\- New Hire Bonus: $1,000 bonus earned after first 90 days are successfully completed \\- Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, Parental Leave \\- Time Off: Up to 3 weeks paid-time-off per calendar year \\- Retirement Plan: 401(k) plan \\- Convenient Work Hours: Most jobs will happen within daytime work hours, unless otherwise required by the business \\- Referral Bonus: Once you are a Full-Time Landing Employee, and you refer a colleague for an open position -- if that person is hired and successfully completes 90 days of work, you are eligible to receive a $500 Referral Bonus What You'll Do: \\- Deep cleaning between member reservations and ensuring that Landing homes are in move-in ready condition \\- Perform home cleanings in member occupied homes \\- Coordinate with the Landing Install and Design teams and movers to set up and decorate brand new Landing homes with furniture and household goods, creating a warm and inviting ambiance for our members \\- Provide top-tier customer service while checking Members in and out of Landing homes \\- Assist HQ with lock box troubleshooting \\- Pick up essential items from stores to bring to our Members You are: \\- An experienced, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented professional \\- Well rounded and flexible, open to working many different types of roles \\- Willing to work on the road across multiple locations within your city \\- Excellent at following written and verbal instructions \\- Passionate about creating a warm, inviting, and clean living environment for Landing Members What you need: \\- Must have 1+ year(s) of experience cleaning in a professional setting, such as housekeeping, maid / custodial services, or hospitality / restaurant \\- Must be 18 years of age or older \\- Must have valid U.S. Driver’s License \\- Flexible schedule (M-F) and Weekends (expect to work every weekend) Benefits & Perks: Landing aims to create a workplace that fosters both personal and professional growth.
