The Manager of Human Resources leads and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the facility including employment and compliance; recruiting and staffing; employee orientation, onboarding, and training; performance management and improvement; employee retention and engagement; policy development; employee relations; and compensation, payroll and benefits administration. Provides support and guidance to facility ,management and employees with a focus on consistent employment practices. Ensures employee files/records are compliant and maintained according to regulatory standards and company policies. • Demonstrable knowledge of principles and procedures for recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, employee relations and negotiation, engagement and retention and human resources information systems required.
