Design Director IA Interior Architects translates client goals, brand and culture into powerful environmental experiences. You will partner with clients and project teams to elevate design in all markets ranging from hospitality to workplace, and you'll foster a culture of design excellence throughout the practice. Application must include resume and portfolio Job Responsibilities Establishes rapport with clients, develops project vision and understands client goals for performance, budget and schedule Leads design presentations for key projects and accounts Monitors team design output for all clients, coordinating with PM and design/technical teams to ensure design and furniture deliverables are aligned with client goals. Licensed Architect and/or Interior Designer 15+ years progressive experience in workplace design Skills, and Abilities: Comprehensive knowledge of all phases of design, from concept through contract administration. Comprehensive knowledge of design principles, practices and architectural detailing Comprehensive knowledge of contract furnishings, finishes and equipment.
