Immediate Opening for a qualified Selections & Procurement Administrator for Local Privately Owned Design Build Company General Oversee Procurement through Subcontractors & Suppliers and Manage Selections with Client & Interior Designers Responsibilities Contract & Purchasing Administration • Selections Management o Manage Selections with Client & Interior Designer Tile, Paint Light Fixtures, Appliances Cabinets, built ins, countertops Doors, windows, trim, hardware • Study plans, read specs & study contract • Generate Purchase Orders • Assist with Selection of Subs Contractor & Bid Requests • Maintain communication with clients regarding selections and their impact on the budget. • Initiate & monitor quality control program, work with project manager • Expedite & coordinate delivery of materials • Assist with Contract Preparation • Assist project manager & superintendent in preparing & updating schedule. • Assist in preparing closeout documents Skills • (4) years Construction Experience • High School Diploma or equivalent • Knowledge of Local building codes and construction methods • Attention to detail & follow through • Ability to keep procurement is sync with job schedule to avoid completion delay
