We’re looking for a motivated In-Home Design Consultant who’s passionate about helping clients create spaces they love to grow our retail brand division Floridian Shutters in the Tampa and Sarasota areas. This role combines interior design, sales, and customer service — perfect for someone with an eye for style and a talent for connecting with people. Key Responsibilities • Conduct in-home consultations with clients to assess window covering needs and style preferences • Provide professional design advice on colors, materials, and functionality • Take accurate window measurements and prepare detailed quotes • Present and demonstrate product samples and options • Manage client relationships from initial consultation through installation • Enhance your earning potential by expanding beyond company provided sales leads, fostering relationships with builders, designers, and contractors • Meet or exceed sales goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience • Maintain product and industry knowledge through ongoing training • Participate in local homes shows
