In-Home Design Consultant

As a In-Home Design Consultant with Renewal by Andersen of Alabama, you’ll help customers improve the quality of their homes with our premium window and door products and services. Our design consultants average between $1,500 - $6,000 per signed agreement. • Engage with customers to understand their home improvement needs and provide tailored design solutions • Utilize effective communication skills to explain product features and benefits, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction • Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers with layout design and renovation ideas • Maintain knowledge of current trends in home improvement to drive high-end sales and enhance customer experience • Valid Driver's License & Reliable Vehicle • Pass Our Background Check • 3+ years of In-Home Sales, Outside Sales or Sales Management in High End Retail/ Restaurant experience preferred • Empathetic listening and persuasive speaking • Experience with Apple products preferred • A proven track record in building rapport and closing sales • Flexible Schedule (Choose your schedule in advance) • Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills • Able to provide our Signature Service, honest and genuine approach with every customer appointment Ability to Commute: • Birmingham, AL 35210 (Required)
