**Job Type:** Full-time
**Compensation:** $125,000–$300,000+ per year (Commission + Bonuses)

**What You'll Do**
------------------

* Run 2 pre-qualified appointments per day (10 per week)
* Conduct in-home consultations and assess customer needs
* Build rapport and present customized bathroom remodeling solutions
* Set clear expectations and guide homeowners through the sales process
* Close sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience
* Attend two in-person sales meetings per month
* Support team success and uphold company standards

**What We're Looking For**
--------------------------

* 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience (required)
* Bathroom remodeling or home improvement sales experience is a plus
* Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
* Professional appearance with a customer-focused mindset
* Tech-savvy and comfortable using iPads, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Google Drive
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed

**Schedule**
------------

* Full-time
* Five days per week
* Available to work at least three Saturdays per month
* Appointment times vary based on customer availability
