In-Home Design Consultant

We’re looking for a talented, personable Design Consultant to help our customers turn their houses into homes. This is a client-facing sales role for someone who loves design, connects easily with people, and knows how to turn a great recommendation into a sale. Responsibilities Conduct in-home consultations to measure spaces, assess layout, and understand customer style preferences Recommend furniture, décor, and layout solutions tailored to each customer’s home and budget Build and present design concepts, including furniture selections and room arrangements Guide customers through the purchasing process, from recommendation to close Maintain strong product knowledge across our full showroom inventory Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals Collaborate with our sales and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience Compensation & Benefits
