As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our company, engaging with pre-qualified homeowners to present innovative solutions that align with their vision. This dynamic outside sales role will involve using the latest technology to design and sell premium home and bath products. What We’re Looking For: • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills • 4+ years experience as an in-home sales representative in the bathroom industry • Excellent presentation and negotiating skills and strong closing skills • Reliable transportation and must be willing to travel • Confidence and comfort with public speaking and presentations • Highly motivated to achieve sales goals, self-disciplined, and goal-oriented approach to work • Be a coachable team player that has the ability to work independently • Outgoing and articulate personality with ease in social settings
