Closet Factory is opening a brand-new location serving Pensacola and the surrounding Gulf Coast, and we're building our founding team of talented In-Home Sales / Custom Closet Designers.

From walk-in closets and pantries to home offices, garages, entertainment centers, and more, every project is designed specifically for the individual customer and their space.

What You'll Do

As an In-Home Sales / Custom Designer, you'll meet with homeowners in their homes, learn about their needs, and help transform their spaces through custom-designed solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

Meeting with customers through pre-set appointments and qualified leads
Conducting in-home design consultations
Listening to customers and understanding their needs, style, priorities, and budget
Measuring spaces and developing customized organization solutions
Using Closet Factory's design technology to bring ideas to life
Presenting designs, materials, finishes, and pricing to customers
Guiding customers through the decision-making and sales process
Following up with prospective customers and maintaining strong client relationships
Working closely with our local production, installation, and customer service teams
Managing your appointments and sales pipeline
Delivering an exceptional customer experience from consultation through completed sale

No Cold Calling

Our designers are focused on selling and designing—not spending their days searching for people to call.

Closet Factory generates leads through our brand, local marketing efforts, referrals, and strategic partnerships, including relationships with major retailers such as Lowe's and Costco.

You'll receive opportunities to meet with homeowners who have expressed interest in improving their spaces, allowing you to focus on building relationships, designing solutions, and closing sales.

Comfortable using computers, tablets, and design software
Self-motivated and accountable

Previous sales experience is strongly preferred.

Experience in home improvement, remodeling, interior design, furniture, kitchens and baths, real estate, automotive sales, or other consultative sales environments is a plus—but not required for the right candidate.

Compensation

This is a performance-driven sales position with commission-based earning potential.

Successful In-Home Sales / Custom Closet Designers have the opportunity to build a substantial income as they develop their skills, pipeline, referrals, and customer base.

Top-performing Closet Factory designers can earn $100,000+ annually.
