**Part-Time | Flexible Schedule | Maryville, Friendsville, Vonore, Seymour**

**Love working with people, solving problems, and having control over your earning potential?**

Art of Drawers of East Tennessee is growing! We're looking for an outgoing, self-motivated individual to help homeowners transform their kitchens, pantries, and bathrooms with custom pull-out drawers, cabinet organization, and cabinet refacing.

This is a flexible, commission-based opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, building relationships, and taking ownership of their success.

Why Join Our Team?

* **Flexible Schedule:** Part-time opportunity that works around your life.
* **Strong Earning Potential:** Potential to earn $80–$120+ per hour of design appointment time, based on sales performance.
* **Company-Generated Appointments:** We invest in marketing to connect you with interested homeowners.
* **Opportunity to Grow:** Increase your income through networking, referrals, and self-generated sales.
* **Training & Support:** Structured onboarding, hands-on coaching, and opportunities to earn commissions during training.
* **Great Products:** American-made custom solutions backed by a lifetime warranty.

What You'll Do

* Meet with homeowners for in-home design consultations.
* Identify their needs, recommend solutions, and confidently present pricing.
* Build relationships, follow up with customers, and generate new opportunities.

Who We're Looking For

* Outgoing, personable, and comfortable building relationships.
* Motivated by sales and performance-based earnings.
* Self-directed, dependable, and willing to take initiative.
* Comfortable learning technology and following a proven process.
* Reliable transportation to serve homeowners throughout the Knoxville area.

Sales, real estate, design, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but formal design experience isn't required.

**Important:** This is a part-time, 1099 independent contractor position paid entirely through commissions, not an hourly wage. Earnings vary based on sales performance, and the hourly equivalent above reflects time spent in design appointments rather than all working hours.
