To support this exciting growth, we are seeking a high-energy, motivated, team-oriented, self-starter interior designer to join our team. As the lead designer at Red Barn Mercantile, you will be responsible for many facets of our interior design program including design, business development, and in-store sales. Your partnership with the sales and design teams, as well as with the Design Collective, will help promote Red Barn Mercantile as a leader in the Alexandria design community. • Assist the Design Coordinator with business and design support for the Design Collective • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
