The in-store design & sales consultant is responsible for assisting store customers and trades people/designers with their projects. If this sounds like the type of place you thrive in, we invite you to apply • Adhering to store opening & closing procedures, and keeping the store neat & clean for clients • Answering phones • Reviews and acts upon all email and company communications • Scheduling appointments for our store locations designer • Lead clients through their design ideas and assist in recommendations • Demonstrate strong product knowledge, utilizing tools to gain knowledge and accurately recommend products to customers • Quoting products, special orders & custom orders • Writing & tracking sales orders • Performs proactive and consistent follow-up with all guests before and after the sale and at delivery • Works in collaboration with all team members • Participates in weekly one on ones with management • Computer entry (Quick Books)
