In-Store & In-Home Design Consultant

Crate & Barrel is seeking a Designer to help customers envision possibilities for home furnishings in our Tampa store. You will guide clients through design concepts, create moodboards and 2D/3D floor plans, and present tailored design packages that meet brand standards. As a designer, you’ll drive customer engagement on the sales floor, conduct in-store and virtual consultations, and collaborate with store and design teams to deliver on-brand solutions while maintaining impeccable product
