Wicker Park Real Estate Office is seeking an Independent Contractor to support the Design team in creating formatted marketing plans. The position is 100 percent remote based and the work is performed as an independent contractor. Prospective Candidates should possess the following qualities: Able to complete work in a timely manner to meet prescribed project deadlines and maximum allowable hours per project Flexible and able to adapt quickly to shift gears as needed Detail oriented Great organizational skills Problem solver Positive attitude Job Responsibilities: Convert Architectural Plans into our branded Marketing format using Adobe Illustrator Make digital floorplan corrections as needed Job Requirements: Preferably enrolled in or have a degree from an accredited Interior Design Program but not required. Ability to read Architectural floorplans Proficient in Adobe suite programs, specifically, Adobe Illustrator, In Design, & PDF Must own a laptop or computer Compensation: $20.00 per hour Work is requested as needed Interested candidates should send resume and portfolio (if available).
