In‑Home Design Sales Consultant – Cincinnati Area

Springs Window Fashions is looking for a Design Consultant to conduct in-home sales consultations in the Cincinnati, Dayton, and Lexington areas. You will assist customers with their window covering selections and drive sales initiatives with big box retailers while providing training and support to store staff. The ideal candidate has sales experience and a passion for interior design. This role offers competitive compensation starting at $25,000 plus commissions and a stipend of $7,500 during the initial months, in addition to comprehensive benefits including medical and 401(k) options.
