As a critical initial point of contact, a successful candidate will be able to be customer focused and service oriented. This individual will work closely with our contractor and home remodeling clients to provide technical information, quote/bids, bid follow ups, sales closures and production tracking. This candidate must have prior experience in a sales/office environment as well as excellent communication, organization, time management and customer service skills. • Respond to project specific requests for pricing and technical information • Excellent customer service skills (in person and over the phone)
