Seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to serve as an inside Sales and Administrative Assistant. As a critical initial point of contact, a successful candidate will be able to be customer focused and service oriented. This individual will work closely with our contractor and home remodeling clients to provide technical information, quote/bids, bid follow ups, sales closures and production tracking. This candidate must have prior experience in a sales/office environment as well as excellent communication, organization, time management and customer service skills. Primary Job Responsibilities: • Respond to project specific requests for pricing and technical information • Work with in person, and over the phone, customer requirements and consult on best use of provided material(s) • Gather project information and communicate with support team on project deliverables • Generate accurate sales quotes for bids in timely manner to contractor/individual client base • Generate invoices and production job sheets from orders placed by phone, fax, or in person • Collect down payments and balance due prior to manufacture • Troubleshoot order issues and requests for materials with help from supervisor
