Monitors and ensures installation contractor workforce is balanced according to company standards and guidelines- Provides feedback to installers regarding installation outcomes vs. company standards. Notifies installers of upcoming changes or requirements needed to maintain compliance and follows up to satisfy requirements in a timely manner. • Responsible to provide instruction and direction to each install crew, and subcontractors to ensure all expectations are met on a regular basis. • Ensures that all work is performed in a healthy and safe manner. Job Competencies • Basic technology skills, including MS Office Suite • Strong communication skills, including written communication • High level of organizational skills, time management skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment to consistently meet deadlines • Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and effectively handle interpersonal relationships with others
