Interior and Exterior Design & Signage - Enterprise Marketing

The Designer will drive the vision for our brand design efforts by creating attractive, branded environments that support the desired customer experience for different location types and various formats. Review design budgets, materials, and value engineering to ensure standards coincide with branch format business case. Qualifications: • 7+ years in architecture, interior design, or retail industry with a focus on design • Portfolio of interior architecture or interior design accomplishments • Strong influencing, negotiating and presentation skills • Possess thought leadership ability and a continuous improvement mindset • Ability to build strong partnerships with peers, internal partners, suppliers and leaders, collaborating to drive business objectives, strategy and financial performance • Lead and manage multiple complex, overlapping design projects with tight timelines in an extremely fast-paced environment • Proficient in interpreting construction documents (e.g., architectural, structural, finish plans, lighting) with a critical eye toward architectural design challenges and opportunities • Experience with developing strong design presentations, successfully selling in concepts and influencing at all levels of the organization in support of design strategy and objectives • Proven experience using AutoCad, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office to develop and present design concepts and bring vision and ideas to life through drawings, elevations and renderings Equal Employment Opportunity Results of the background check are individually reviewed based upon legal requirements imposed by our regulators and with consideration of the nature and gravity of the background history and the job offered.
