Interior and Furniture Design Sales Associate

What You’ll Do • Greet and assist customers with warmth and sincerity • Learn the features, materials, and craftsmanship behind each collection • Help customers choose styles, fabrics, and finishes that suit their homes • Write up sales orders and process transactions accurately • Follow up on custom orders and coordinate with our delivery partners • Keep the showroom tidy, welcoming, and well-organized What We’re Looking For • Friendly, dependable, and eager to learn • Strong communication and listening skills • Prior retail or customer service experience (furniture or interior design experience preferred) • Interest in quality craftsmanship and timeless design • Comfortable using a POS system and working in a small, team-oriented environment • Availability to work some Saturdays Benefits • Hourly pay + commission • Health insurance • Paid training and growth opportunities • Supportive, family-like work culture • Employee discounts on furniture Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
