JOB DESCRIPTION: The applicant will be responsible for overseeing the interior set documentation and coordinate interior drafting team. Reporting to the creative director, this position requires attention to detail, organization, and technical experience. Candidate should be comfortable with all phases of a project from schematic design to construction administration. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following : RESPONSABILITIES : • Produce technical and construction documentation (plans, elevations, architectural/millwork details) that illustrate the design intent and use of materials for residential projects • Oversee and redlines outsourced interior drafting set when applicable • Participate in construction administration, evaluate bids, conduct site visits, address technical issues, and maintain quality control during construction • Review shop drawings • Work closely with internal interior design team to achieve documentation milestones. • Coordinate with... architects ( internal or external), consultants, contractors, and fabricators to meet overall project objectives • Interface directly with clients to facilitate the project objectives
