LHH is working with a multi-billion dollar client on the fortune 500 list, who is looking for a Facilities Space Planner. They will be responsible for developing and recommending long-range plans to meet future office space needs, and formulate, recommend, and ensure building code compliance (NFPA, ADA, OSHA, local and national codes, maximum room occupancy, egress, aisle width, etc. Duties: • Work closely with the client, to become a key user of the LM Buildings (IWMS) tool for planning and moves. Candidate should demonstrate education and/or experience with the use of AutoCAD, IWMS (Tririga or similar), and Microsoft Office tools. • Experience with project management and estimating.
