Interior Architect

A leading architecture firm is seeking a Technical Interior Architect to support commercial interiors projects from design development through construction. This role includes producing and reviewing construction documents, coordinating with consultants, and managing tasks throughout the construction administration phase. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and review construction documents for code compliance and design standards • Support construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, and punch lists • Coordinate with engineering consultants and manage CA-phase budgets • Participate in client meetings and mentor junior team members Qualifications: • Degree in architecture, interior architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years of experience in commercial interiors, particularly in corporate HQ, legal, or financial sectors • Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite (Enscape experience is a plus) • Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and construction processes • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
