Interior Architect / Architectural Designer (Interiors Focus)

We are a small, collaborative team committed to creating beautiful, meaningful work. We are looking for an experienced designer who shares our passion for a holistic design approach. The RoleStatus: Full-time or Part-time (flexible for the right candidate).Location: Louisville, CO (Hybrid/Remote flexibility available).ResponsibilitiesIntegrated Design: Participate in conceptual design and provide support through all project phases, from initial sketches to CA.Interiors Expertise: Lead the selection and specification of residential interior materials, fixtures, finishes, and furnishings (FF&E).Technical Documentation: Independently apply architectural concepts to create detailed drawing sets, including interior elevations, cabinetry/millwork details, and lighting plans.Project Management: Organize schedules, manage multiple projects, and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and team members.Adaptability: Embrace the \"many hats\" environment of a small studio, contributing to both interior and exterior architectural development.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or Interior Design from an accredited U.S. university.Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in high-end residential or boutique commercial projects.Software Mastery: High proficiency in Revit is mandatory.
