Based in our new flagship showroom, this role combines creative design vision with technical execution and project management — developing thoughtful design concepts, producing detailed drawings and renderings, and coordinating with vendors, contractors, and clients to bring each project to life. Produce detailed 2D and 3D architectural drawings and renderingsPrepare comprehensive design presentations for client meetingsPresent design drawings to clients, discussing design details, finish selections, and providing expert guidance on all questionsEnsure design solutions align with project timelines and construction considerations Coordinate and communicate design and architectural plans with contractors, installers, and various consultants.Manage project schedule milestones within defined scope, timeline, and budget parameters.Maintain and organize detailed records of project requirements, specifications, budgets, client information, and all communications.Conduct site visits to gather measurements and verify specifications during various construction phases.Coordinate installation and delivery schedules with logistics teams, general contractors, and clients.Ensure quality control throughout the construction process by reviewing shop drawings and installation details.
