Interior Architect/Project Manager

Boutique Dental & Medical Architecture Firm Seeks Interior Architect / Project Manager! At ON POINT Design Build, we believe that a well-designed office is the hallmark of a solid boutique medical practice. You will be working with clients directly to create the dental and medical practices of their dreams. Past clients have included downtown dental offices, cosmetic surgery practices, and pediatric dental services. RESPONSIBILITIES \\- develop design concepts for clients; identity, select and specify products and pull together finish palettes for clients across multiple projects \\- develop pre-construction/bidding documentation that clearly conveys design intent and documents product/vendor selections \\- present the design plan to clients at sales and production meetings; assist clients with adjustments in palette and finishes \\- complete product management; successfully implement the design plan from concept phase through construction \\- model and design in SketchUp \\- communicate with clients, internal team members, and consultants throughout the project regarding design concept, execution, and follow-through \\- work closely with internal team to manage lead times, budgets, quantities, and finishes \\- coordinate staging with Project Manager to ensure design intent is correctly executed and maintained SKILLS \\- experience in designing interior spaces, including layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and installations \\- excellent communication and presentation skills are a requirement as this role requires a high level of client interaction \\- project management skills \\- advanced skills in SketchUp and Revit \\- knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign \\- proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Excel, Adobe Acrobat) \\- high attention to detail \\- knowledge of sustainability as it relates to architecture and design EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE \\- bachelors’ degree in Interior Design or Architecture \\- 4-5 years of design experience, minimum \\- LEED accredited preferred \\- US work authorization (Required) DETAILS \\- Position is full-time, in-office \\- Salary range: $50- $60,000 per year \\- Our typical hours are from 9 am - 6 pm, Monday – Friday
