We are looking for an applicant that is highly motivated... has a great work ethic, is a team player, and has experience in the design industry. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities • Participate in all aspects of the design process, including programming, conceptual design, design development, construction documents, and bid documents • Quickly communicate ideas through rapid ideation sketching • Conceptualize and communicate new designs for internal and client facing reviews • Produce schematic design, design development and construction drawing packages with an awareness of design integrity and code compliance. • Includes millwork, tile, elevations, plans, sections and RCPs. Qualifications • Proficient in SketchUp Pro and SketchUp Layout • Proficient at ideation sketching • At least 5-years professional use of Adobe Creative Suites • Knowledge of fabrication and installation processes • Concrete knowledge of building materials and finishes • An awareness of commercial and residential building codes • Self driven to work quickly, independently and collectively • Ability to read architectural plan and elevation drawings • Creative and technical skills a must • Architectural and construction background desired • Restaurant experience is a plus
