The designer is a key member of the 3GR team, interacting with customers and the construction team from the sales process through project completion. The role is responsible for understanding customer needs and translating their needs into detailed drawings for the construction team, providing guidance to the construction team as needed. • Work with project managers to ensure that construction teams are meeting customers' vision for their homes. Requirements • Degree in design or architecture or equivalent experience. • Proficiency with current design/drawing software.
