Studio TROIKA is seeking a talentedINTERIOR |ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNERwith 3-5 years of experience to join our studio located in Boston’s Fort Point neighborhood. Our interior designers and architects deliver full-spectrum designs of interior space, working from the initial concept through the final details. They don't just apply finishes; they focus on crafting a clear design story that works on every level. The most successful candidates can deliver design excellence, attention to detail, organization and time management skills, and potential to grow into leadership roles over time. Ideal candidates will possess the following: A Professional Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited program Proficiency with Revit, Sketch-Up, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office 3 - 5 years of design experience Exceptional design, communication and project coordination and/or management skills Experience with the full design process from conceptual planning through construction documents and construction administration Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Professional licensure or pending licensure is a plus.
