Interior Architectural Designer (Client-Facing)

Role Description

We are seeking a design-driven Interior Architectural Designer to support and grow into a key role shaping the interior experience on high-end custom homes. This is a client-facing role. You will collaborate directly with homeowners to develop design directions, guide selections, and help ensure the design translates clearly into built work.

What You'll Do

• Support and guide clients through style, materials, and design direction.

• Develop palettes, vision boards, and cohesive interiors.

• Assist with and participate in showroom selections.

• Design and detail millwork and interior architectural elements for construction Documentation.

• Coordinate as needed with construction installation and execution.

What You Bring

• Background in Architecture or Interior Design

• Strong instinct for style, color, and materials

• Comfortable working with clients and contributing to decisions.

• Experience with custom residential work preferred.

• Proficiency in Revit or similar documentation and rendering tools.

• Understanding how design gets built.
