Interior Associate

Northworks Architects & Planners Northworks Architects & Planners is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Interior Associate to join our team. This full-time, in-office position is ideal for designers who are passionate about interiors and thrive in a collaborative environment. The Interior Associate will play a key role in supporting the interior design team through all phases of high-end residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities: - Provide daily support to the interior design team on multiple projects, from concept through installation - Assist in developing and organizing FF&E presentations, material palettes, and specification documents - Source and select furnishings, finishes, fixtures, and accessories - Request and manage samples from vendors to support design development - Maintain and organize material libraries and sample inventory - Prepare client presentations, design documentation, and pricing summaries - Collaborate closely with architects and senior interior designers to ensure design continuity and quality - Support senior team members with project coordination and client communications
