Interior CAD Designer

The ideal candidate can take limited or evolving client input and translate it into thoughtful, compliant, and visually cohesive design solutions. This individual must be comfortable guiding decisions when scope details are missing while ensuring designs remain practical, secure, and construction ready. Key Responsibilities Strong spatial planning and layout optimization skillsAbility to confidently “design ahead” when scope or direction is incompleteUnderstanding of financial institution design (teller lines, TCR placement, ATM integration, secure zones)Knowledge of commercial interior build standardsDetail-oriented with strong construction awarenessClient-facing confidence and advisory capabilityStrong balance of creativity and technical precisionClear communication and presentation skills 5+ years of experience in commercial or financial interior designProficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit (required)Experience producing construction ready drawing setsFamiliarity with ADA compliance and commercial building codesPortfolio demonstrating banking, retail, or commercial projectsAbility to manage projects independently
