Required Qualifications: • 10+ years of professional experience in the commercial interior design/interior architecture industry with a keen understanding of hospitality projects, standards, and practices • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or equivalent • Ability to work both independently and effectively in a cross-disciplinary team atmosphere and across multiple offices • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Strong leadership and team building skills • Strong time management skills • Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office suite • Ability to travel occasionally to support project tasks We are 100% employee-owned: every employee is literally invested in our clients' success.
