The Property Quality & Design Coordinator is an essential hands-on role responsible for upholding and improving the quality standards across our condo portfolio. • Project Oversight: Oversee vendor projects and renovation work, particularly during the off-season, conducting on-site checks to ensure quality of workmanship and compliance with approved specifications. • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in property management, quality control, residential coordination, or a related operational role. • Experience in vendor management and project oversight (specifically renovation or maintenance projects) is strongly preferred. • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
