Experience or strong interest in Interior Design and Decoration Knowledge of Furniture arrangement and selecting Furnishings for diverse spaces Strong Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach Good understanding of trends in Home Decor Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities Proficiency with design tools or software is a plus Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to creative projects
