This position specifically focuses on the operational oversight of property condition, coordinating minor to mid-scale renovations, and providing interior design guidance to maximize guest appeal and property longevity. Vendor and Process Management Minimum of two (2) years of experience in property management, quality control, residential project coordination, or a related operational role. Experience in vendor management and project oversight, particularly renovation or maintenance projects, is strongly preferred. Must possess reliable transportation for frequent travel to local condominium properties.
