Manages the Interior Design team while developing and managing project work with architects, engineers, and vendors for Bank construction and Interior Design projects. Oversees all Interior Design projects and coordinates workload within the Interior Design team. Tracks projects from initiation to completion and provides status reports to management. Ability to work effectively and demonstrate flexibility in a continually changing environment. Ability to determine when to escalate concerns related to timelines, budget and / or other elements of interior design projects to management, and when appropriate, to internal and external partners.
