We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our interior design team. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support • Manage client communications via phone, email, and in-person interactions • Schedule appointments, consultations, and site visits for design team • Maintain and organize client files, project documentation, and design portfolios • Prepare proposals, contracts, and invoices using design software and standard business Project Coordination • Assist with project timeline management and milestone tracking • Coordinate fabric, material, and furniture samples for client presentations • Maintain sample library organization and inventory • Support design team with research on products, materials, and trends • Prepare presentation materials and mood boards as needed • Schedule and coordinate delivery and installation appointments Skills & Attributes • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively • Creative problem-solving abilities • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential client information • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment • Genuine interest in interior design and home décor trends • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
