ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/OFFICE COORDINATOR We are looking for a skilled and focused assistant for our growing interior architecture, and interior design company. Design experience is not a requirement as this job is administrative in nature, however an enjoyment of home renovations and design would be beneficial. More importantly a retail background and/or understanding of product purchasing is key with basic accounting knowledge. POSITION ROLES: \\- Track tasks for multiple projects \\- Track team hours and issue client time billing invoices montly \\- Manage the calendar and general email \\- Correspond with product vendors \\- Purchasing and Expediting orders \\- Invoice clients for purchases \\- Enter client payments \\- Ability to interface with clients and vendors in person and online in a professional manner \\- Basic understanding various social media platforms \\- Meeting and client presentation preparation The Ideal Candidate will have a positive attitude and communication style with the ability to work as a team player. The candidate should be able to take initiative and be able to work on their own rather quickly.
