Job Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled Construction Interiors Manager to lead our daily construction-related matters for renovations and new construction plans of multi-million dollar multifamily apartment home communities. • Track, organize, and maintain onsite construction materials inventory • Familiarity with capex projects, including exterior repairs, amenities, MEP upgrades, and common areas • Help procure construction services and monitor project timelines and deliverables • Assist with diligence walks, assessing property conditions, and estimating repair costs The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in the construction field, comfort leading construction crews, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
