Caplow Manzano is hiring a motivated professional with a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities • Assist with visualization of materials; • Assist with interior design floor plans, elevations, sections, details and other drawings; • Coordinate with design team and construction team to ensure all necessary details have been provided for installation; • Assist with the specification and procurement of materials that meet company standards; • Oversee field work to ensure all construction is in compliance with drawings and specifications, and to quality standards; • Work proactively with subcontractors to address and resolve on-site issues to avoid delays or rework; • Maintain detailed project records, including daily logs, progress reports, photos and inspections; • Maintain and review punch list process to ensure all are addressed and executed in a timely manner; • Receive all material deliveries and verify quantities.
