Responsibilities Assist with visualization of materials; Assist with interior design floor plans, elevations, sections, details and other drawings; Coordinate with design team and construction team to ensure all necessary details have been provided for installation; Assist with the specification and procurement of materials that meet company standards; Oversee field work to ensure all construction is in compliance with drawings and specifications, and to quality standards; Work proactively with subcontractors to address and resolve on-site issues to avoid delays or rework; Maintain detailed project records, including daily logs, progress reports, photos and inspections; Maintain and review punch list process to ensure all are addressed and executed in a timely manner; Receive all material deliveries and verify quantities. Required Qualifications A bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in interior design, architecture, construction, engineering, or equivalent demonstrated experience in the field; Technical competence and a sense of precision; Excellent organizational and time-management abilities; Ability to read and develop blueprints, schematics, and construction documents; Strong communication skills; sense of humor; poise under pressure; A minimum of 4-5 years work experience post-degree. Full-time and in person at Coconut Grove office (when not on the job site). Profit sharing, health insurance and PTO offered after trial period.
