• Assist on all design projects and lead on small projects • Learn the lines and confidently present and sell to clients • Lead on visual merchandising (window displays, showroom vignettes, etc.) • 2 year Interior Design degree, plus portfolio • Proficient in CAD (create floor plans and design/layout) • Read and understand plans, take measurements, etc • Proficient in MAC skills (Illustrator, Word, etc) • Ablility to design and create mood boards • Strong organizational skills • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks at one time • Good communication and people skills • Deadline oriented while maintaining drive and focus through completion • Ability to understand/interpret client needs/wants (take direction, problem solve, stay within budget, execute their vision, etc) • Basic understanding of QuickBooks is helpful, but not necessary (entering your own invoices, purchase orders, etc.) Job Types: Part-time, Full-time Supplemental pay types: • Commission pay Work Location: In person
