Interior Design and Sales

Under new management, we have decided to expand our team and are seeking a talented, motivated Interior Design and Sales consultant to work in our newly renovated Michigan Design Center location (Troy). We are looking for someone who has a background in both sales and interior design, is goal oriented, appreciates the limitlessness of commission sales and is excited about not only achieving targets, but exceeding them. We are seeking someone who will strive to succeed, is independent, flexible, reliable, has an eye for design and is interested in a combination of both inside and outside sales. Qualifications: • Previous experience in the sales and interior design industry, preferably within the tile and stone, and/or interior design sector • Ability to work independently while also being a team player • Highly motivated and goal oriented with passion for exceptional customer service • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and customer demands • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively • Reliable, punctual, ensuring consistent follow-up with clients • Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media.
