Interior Design and Sales

In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their interior design needs, provide expert guidance, and assist in creating beautiful, functional spaces. Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their interior design preferences and project requirements * Provide expert advice on furniture, decor, color schemes, and layout options * Assist clients in selecting products that match their style and budget * Create detailed design plans and presentations to showcase options and solutions * Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business * Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source products and manage orders * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current design trends, products, and industry innovations * Support the sales process from initial consultation through project completion Skills * Proven experience in customer service within a retail or design setting is preferred * Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and close deals effectively * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients * Creative eye for interior design, color coordination, and space planning * Ability to listen carefully to client needs and translate them into actionable designs * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously * Proficiency in design software or tools is a plus but not required * Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and enthusiasm for interior design trends Requirements * The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of interior design and sales experience. * Excellent written and verbal communication are a must * Candidate will use excellent listening skills , * Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Publisher, Google Docs and various social media formats are required.
